MYSQL address book migration 2.2 to 2.3.7-cvs

I just upgraded to 2.3.7-cvs from 2.2.5 and I can't find any info on how
to make address book stuff work. My old config used mysql horde database,
but I need some help in making the new 2.3.7-cvs use this database.

BTW 2.3.7 is a MAJOR improvement over 2.2.x, good works guys.
