[imp] Contacts and Preferences

I just got this working myself, finally.

I got php-4.0.6, compiled and installed it.  Downloaded php from CVS, copied 
the DB directory, DB.php file, PEAR.php file, and PEAR directory from CVS into 
where php was installed.../usr/local/lib/php, in my case.  Everything seems to 
be working now.

Much nicer presentation package.
