[imp] What happened?

Gary,

I had the same problem earlier today until I realized that
it was because I had some files not there that needed to
be there and the permissions on the files need to be correct.
I can't remember the exact file that I needed but check
your horde/config and imp/config and make sure every file
that is needed is there.
