Problems finding right help-file

Hi all !
I have made my own helpfile for a little extrapage i've done for imp.
I created the file: "imp/locale/defines/vacation.help" and "imp/locale/se/vacation.help".

The php-page returns: 
Fatal error: Failed opening required './imp/locale/se/vacation.help' (include_path='/var/www/html/horde/phplib:.') in /var/www/html/horde/help.php3 on line 39

non-working url points to: javascript:open_help_win('/horde/help.php3?help_file=vacation.help&help_id=10001&module=imp');

working url in the same page: javascript:open_help_win('/horde/help.php3?help_file=compose.help&help_id=10005&module=imp');
what have i forgotten ???

help me please !
