2.3-DEVEL Demo Site

I'm not sure if this is the right list for this, but 
http://demo.horde.org/devel/horde/imp/ has been down yesterday and today 
(it's just returning <link href=").

I'm interested in trying out 2.3-DEVEL, but don't want to go through the 
trouble of installing it unless I can try it out first. Does anybody have a 
running 2.3-DEVEL server that I can use to test? I'll want to be able to 
connect to my own pop3 server to see how it handles certain messages.
