[imp] Different attachments with different languages

I got it. Perhaps it's the same problem, Robert Marchand has.

The mimeSummary in imp 2.2 and the partSummary in imp 2.3 both do:
if (!($mime->size > 0)) return ''

If you got an attachment with, let's say, a size of 0.5 this is interpretated 
different if you have different locale settings. In German locale you have to 
write 0,5 instead of 0.5 thus the greater-than-test fails.

I already fixed this and will commit it in a minute,
