How much of a load did the IMP demo put on the machine? I might be
able to scratch something together. (It'd be self-signed ssl, though.)

I think attachments are often the most important part of a message when they're 
present. I don't think reclaiming that small amount of space is worth making 
them hard to find.

It's in the navbar now. That was a bit of space that I figured we could reclaim.
