[imp] smalls Attachments problem again

I have missed somthing perhaps,
I have IMP CVS distribs with last Update, and I don' t find any file 
named "mimetypes.lib" - where do you found it ?
Even I make the modif. here, I have an error with the function "localeconv()" , 
I don' t know if it's a php or imp function but I don' t have it.
