Can't view msword, excel , zipped files but can download them.

Hi,

I got the following error message when view msword, excel and zipped files.

Internet Explorer cannot download ...f83261421c27135b3067475538e42 from 
test.com.
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested 
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

However, I can view and download this files when using SSL in apache.
Is anyone know what wrong in my setting?

I am using:
Horde 1.3.5-cvs
IMP 2.3.7-cvs
Apache+PHP4+mod_ssl
