Warning sending attachments

I have just installed IMP 2.2.5 in a Linux Server running RedHat 6.1
Everything seems to be OK, but when I am writing a new file and I try 
to attach a file I get this Warning message.

Warning: File Upload Mime headers garbled [ 31] 
in /home/httpd/html/horde/imp/compose.php3 on line 1

And continue with other Warning message.

What's wrong with it?
I would be very pleased if somebody can help me
