[imp] error in lib/MIME.php

My temporary fix was to put the following line:
    $registry = &Registry::singleton();

above the switch statement on line 163 ish in MIME.php

but this is probably only a temporary sollution to the problem

When I just updated from CVS i get the error "Fatal error: Call to a
member function on a non-object in
/home/www/netera.se/webmail/html/horde/lib/MIME.php on line 171" when I
log in to IMP.

I am using IMP&Horde from CVS (updated 5min ago), and php 4.0.6 (with
updated PEAR)

Anyone know you? And how i correct it?
