Hello,

I'm using the same configuration and I found a solution. After doing
`make install` you have to restart httpd daemon. On another system
I simply added <?php $language = 'pl' ?> on
horde/imp/templates/common-header.inc.

Restarting the http server is the right way.

The "correct" way would be to add entries to horde/config/lang.php. If you send 
us the po files and the LC abbreviation for Polish we can commit your 
translation to cvs.
