[imp] security update

you had posted a security notice on horde/imp on the website.  it made
references to versions but I 
have no clue where the cvs versions stand on that.  I am running
2.3.7-cvs from February I am guessing.
I am reading that it involves phplib which is not valid in 2.3 correct ?
