[imp] Slow performance: Suggest Hardware

That's a pretty slow machine for all of the server-side PHP processing an
application like IMP must do.  We didn't acheive marginally acceptible
performance until we upgraded to a 300mhz/64MB, though things really smoothed
out with our current PIII 650/256MB machines: one for webserver, and one for
mailserver.

A machine like you've got is great for a webserver with a moderate amount of
traffic, but you need something more if you want to run IMP.
