Selecting language in the recent IMP from cvs

Hi List,

I can't change the language in IMP, neither using web form, nor
setting default language in horde/imp configuration. I tried all 
available languages. Tried to restart apache and netscape.

Horde/IMP checked out from cvs last friday.
DB and PEAR in my PHP 4.0.6 installation upgraded to cvs version.
I'm running Solaris 8 x86 with Apache 1.3.19.
Recompiled PHP so it uses GNU libintl.so not the os native one.

Any suggestions are welcome
