[imp] Options Error and Attachment Problem

Sorry for the lack of information. I am using a POP-3 server. And the
version of IMP and PHP is the latest, I just grabbed them yesterday. I am
using MySQL to store user preferences, I used the same entries that are in
the INSTRUCTIONS.txt to setup IMP to use MySQL for user preferences.
