[imp] Unknown user bug

[Mathieu CLABAUT]

 I'd like to suggest some improvement (or i hope so) to the french
 translation. Who manage the french translation ? 
 Must I give a patch to thr po file, or must the suggestions be approved by
 the french translation manager (if exists ?)
