problem with sendmail imp

Hi there,
i have this error log
Sep 12 01:12:37 flora-auction imapd: Connection, ip=3D[202.56.152.13]
Sep 12 01:12:37 flora-auction imapd: LOGIN, user=3Dwebmaster, =
ip=3D[202.56.152.13]
Sep 12 01:12:37 flora-auction imapd: LOGOUT, user=3Dwebmaster, =
ip=3D[202.56.152.13], headers=3D0, body=3D0

i can't send e-mail and this is the log i have in my server.

can you kindly reply to me what i can do in order to fix this?
