ah!  my mistake!  I tried 'Mail/' and 'INBOX'.  But: It's gotta be
'INBOX.'

After I fixed this, it's working.  Darn...

Well, hmm, it would be nice if there was an example setup for
'UW-IMAPD'.  Yes, there's an example entry, but it's called 'cyrus', and
since I don't use cyrus, I didn't try it.
