login/logout problem, help chuck!!

Hello,

i have add in horde.lib "$this->pass" after "FAILED
$REMOTE_ADDR to $this->server:$this->port as $this->user" in
order to see the passwords in /var/log/auth.log

if i add it i can log me but i'm disconnect after 10 secondes
and if i remove it i can't log me and the users

Have you an idea, Chuck, since you have these programms?


in my auth.log i have:
sep 15:00:00 Login x.x.x.x to mail.server :110 to user
sep 15:00:11 FAILED x.x.x.x to mail.server:110 to user and
password

i use:
apache1.3.2, php4.0.6, mysql 3.23.39, horde 1.2.6, imp 2.2.6

and pop3!!!
