[imp] CVS Update

[m.ibarra@cdcixis-na.com]

I *am* using the new server, I am using 
cvs -d :pserver:cvsread@anoncvs.horde.org:/repository login

But when I try to do an update with: 
cvs -z3 update -d

and I get a connect to cvs.horde.org:2401 failed:
Connection refused

Has anyone been able to connect? Could you please
look into the logs on the server as well as look
into why it is going to cvs.horde.org instead of
anoncvs?
