By the way, the addressee won't be able to read this character,
unless there is:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-15
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

in your headers.

[iso-8859-15 may be replaced by another recent charset, e.g. UTF8]
