Locating horde directory outside of webroot, Turba link in IMP

Hiya All

Just updated to lastest CVS of IMP a couple of days ago.  Very nice.. In older 
versions I was able to set it up so I could have the horde folder out of the 
webroot, so i could do say http://mail.domain.com and have it go right to 
IMP.  I dont see any directory or URL parameters in Horde or IMP any longer.  
Whats the best way to set that up now?

Also, Turba used to show a Contacts icon in the IMP menu.  I have Turba set 
up, how can I restore that menu item?  Thanks again!
