Turba contacts to palm pilot

hi,

has anyone played with transfering contacts to PalmPilot?
I am in need of something that can sync my Palm with the online contacts.
I can then sync my phone with my Palm.

Normally, I am not so fussy about syncing everything, but I lost again 
my phone last week (the 9th time) which was full of my contacts.

Anyway, if someone is interested in this effort and has some experience 
with Palm (especially with synchronization or two pdb files) etc, please 
let me know.
