[imp] To: with quotes causes errors

IMP, version 2.2.7-cvs

HORDE 1.2.6
Apache 1.3.20
PHP 4.0.8-dev from snaps.php.net - downloaded this
morning's latest (which corrected the seg faults and
blank window problems I've been having)

The only RPMS that I am using:

imap-2000c-10
imap-2000c-10-devel
MySQL-3.23.32-1

Not only am I having problems with Quotes, but when I
create a contact with First and Last name and try
sending mail to that contact (the To: field looks like

John Doe <johndoe@somedomain.com>


a message bounces back

and 1 message makes it to the correct recipient.

I've read the FAQ's and have been reading deja news
archives, horde archives, imp archives, php archives.

What do you think? PHP problems?
