OT Building php cvs, but same w/4.0.6

Hello:

Sorry for the noise but I am having some difficulty when trying 
to compile php, as per the horde/docs/INSTALL doc. Here is what
happens, I am running Mandrake Linux 2.4.3-20 on Intel.
