IMP 2.2.6 in French and Filters

Horde 1.2.6
Imp 2.2.6
php 4.0.6

Can i add a module(in french if possible) like the filter (mail rules) in
Outlook Express (when the mail comes :
If the 'Object' contains some word the programm put it in a folder
