Problems with Uploads on imp 2.2.6

Hi.
I wanted to upload a file (more than 3 MB)
and when i want to send that file, i get a page not found on my browser
and the syslog show this:
Oct  3 18:40:46 server imapd[3609]: [ID 985434 mail.info] Command stream
end of file, while reading line user=sevilla host=server.com.mx
[148.235.75.234]

i have edited the php.ini file and i have more than 30 MB on the
upload_max sentence..

Any idea?
