Undefined class name 'lang' , already defined

when I tried to open the /horde/imp/index.php
 I get an error...

Make sure you have the newest PEAR libraries for PHP and grab the cvs of IMP, 
Horde, Turba, etc ( http://www.horde.org/source/ ).
