The code is pretty much ready to be released (aside from some
more rigorous testing), but we're really lacking in
documentation.  None of us core developers have the time at the
moment to document the system (installation, configuration,
etc.), so everything will have to wait until we 1) find that
time, or 2) someone else steps up and offers to help.
