Problems during installation (and question).

Hello,

I'm trying to install the latest IMP and Horde which are in the
ftp.horde.org site. I'm getting this errors:

Warning: Constant no_action already defined in
/path/horde/imp/lib/IMP.php on line 10
Warning: Constant update_prefs already defined in
/path/horde/imp/lib/IMP.php on line 28
Fatal error: Undefined class name 'lang' in
/path/horde/imp/lib/base.php on line 38

Why could be this happening.

Also, I have one question: in the config files, it says things like "you
need to place any options used by the driver/server/whatever, such as
server, port, etc."... but, what are the names of this options in the
array's¿? any docs?. Thanks.

Update horde and IMP from CVS. http://www.horde.org/source/

The code is the documentation. If you look in horde/lib/Auth/*.php, they will 
show at the beginning of the code required values for the array options.
