Messages with body and header mixed

 Hello,
 
 can anybody tell me please,
why the mesagges that I send with IMP are received on this way:
    Header and Body are in the body of the message that is received.
    The message that is received have the subject in blank.

we are runing redhat7.0, php-4.0.4pl1
