Unsorted list, bounce but delivered, attachment failure

The previous 3 problem reports that I posted are fixed.  They were:

1. The folder list coming back unsorted.
2. E-mail in 2.2.x bouncing with a malformed header error but still delivering.
3. Attachments not viewable.

I downgraded to PHP 4.0.6 + PEAR 4.0.8 (from 4.0.8-dev), and the various 
problems went away.

I'll be leaving PHP alone for a while. :-)
