[imp] server imap different then smtp

In other clients, you can first do a POP login and afterwards send the
mail with SMTP.  Uhm, right, it should work.  Sorry, I got confused :) 
I was thinking about a special setup of mine.  For one account, I'd like
to send mail thru a different SMTP server, however, I'd still read the
mails from my local IMAP server.  In this case, SMTP-after-POP would not
work.  But it also wouldn't work using Outlook :)
