Double blank lines in quoted IMP messages from The Bat! user

Hi!

A friend of mine uses The Bat! (v1.53d).  When he quotes my message, The
Bat! adds a double blank line right after the quoted line, which makes
the mail rather hard to read.  Does IMP do anything "strange" when
sending out the message?  This only seems to happen with The Bat!, and
he reports that it only happens to my messages.

Lines he writes are properly wraped (ie. no extra blank line in between).

Did anyone else notice something like this?
