[imp] Looking for IMP companion software

Well, sieve included with cyrus does 3, 4.  I'm slowly working on a mod to imp
to include sieve support.  

You could fairly easily write a poppass equivalent perl script to listen on a
port (tunneled of course), then call sasldb approriately, I spose.  It'd be
fairly proprietary, but hey, what ever works.  Maybe I'll try doing something
like that later this week.

Don't know hardly anything about #2.
