Ok, the identity library is ready and online. 

But now we get to a problem: When the welcome message is generated there are no 
prefs loaded - of course, the actual app is horde and horde doesn't have prefs -
 and thus the identity can't be initialized.

So we're back where we were some times before: We need the shared prefs to be 
moved to horde somehow.
