Tarballs: horde-1.3.4 and imp-2.3.6 don't work together?

Hello,

I was trying to build a package with horde + imp from ftp.horde.org,
without CVS.

At this time, there are two tarballs,
-rw-rw-r--  1 chuck  ftp  182296 Jun  8 13:59 horde-1.3.4.tar.gz
and
-rw-r--r--  1 chuck  chuck  151448 Jan 10  2001 imp-2.3.6.tar.gz
but they seems to be incompatible.

Does somebody plan to release new coherent tarballs?
