[imp] Horde / IMP CVS

I've got it running (not in production) under:
Apache 1.3.20 + mod_ssl
PHP 4.0.6 (latest CVS version.. you need the absolute latest PEAR libraries)
IMAP 2000 FINAL

I do not have it in a production environment (yet), but, so far, it 
seems rather stable...
