CVS IMP/Horde Not using DB for Prefs?

I've migrated over my data from the imp_prefs and etc tables to the new 
tables for the very latest IMP/Horde, but it seems as if the data is 
being completely ignored.

I've even created a test account, to which I edited the identity and 
saved it, only to see that it was not even entered into the database.

In fact, I see that it is not updating any of the preference settings... :(

Is there something rather timple/obvious that I am overlooking here?
