[imp] imp questions (usability issues)

As far as the config goes, if its going to be a module, I will include it in
a file in /config. If it will ever be in the main imp, I'll move it to the
config file. I'm not insisting it go into the main imp, but if you like it
enough, and feel its worthy, than it'll be easier to maintain it.
I like the idea of a changing icon for status, though.
