CVS update @ 00:05ish EDT breaks IMP

I know this isn't an overly useful error report.. but after the latest CVS
update of HORDE and IMP (tonight, after midnight), IMP stopped working.

all i get is a "Document Contain no Data" error message.
I tried switching $conf['prefs']['drive'] to 'none' from 'sql' in
horde.php, and that didn't help. I also moved back to the standard IMP
login screen (instead of trying the localizations I'd developed). No go.

I had updated it this afternoon to fix the attachement downloading problem
I'd reported (and Chuck kindly addressed). It worked then.. so it's
something that had been committed to CVS between then and now.

I get this in my php error log:
[22-Oct-2001 00:24:57] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function on a
non-object in
/usr/local/projects/webmail-prod/html-ssl/horde-1.3.5/imp/lib/IMP.php on
line 146

I'll try a completely fresh copy of horde and IMP tomorrow.. but any idea
what broke and why (and if can be fixed)?

When you guys commit changes in CVS, do you use tags? I see version
numbers, but I'd roll the entire installation bag to what was even in
place before midnight EDT if I could.
