My installation is not very big, but I know that our campus computer
service maintain a webmail server for all the students (about 20 000) on
our university (Norwegian University of Science and Technology,
http://www.ntnu.no/). You could try inquiring the email address
orakel@stud.ntnu.no. They should know who's in charge of the project.
