Attachment upload problem

Hello,

I just recently upgraded from IMP 2.2.4 to 2.2.6, and everything seems to
be working fine with the exception of file attachments.  I can browse and
select a file, but when I hit "attach" the file seems to upload, but it
doesn't show up in the list of attached files.  And when I send the email
it has nothing attached.  I checked apache's access logs, and the POST is
going through like normal.  I still have the old version installed, and it
can still send attachments without problem.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
