horde/config/registry.php (and compare it to the .dist file).

Also, FYI, these kind of errors:

... are _never_ the root cause of anything. You don't need to report them, only
the message that precedes them (which is what causes them). If you ever get one
without an error message, it's because you have whitespace where you shouldn't
have it.
