error building php from cvs

Hi list

I'm sorry if this question is off-topic, please sorry, but may be 
someone could help me. I've just downloaded php repository (php4, Zend, 
TSRM) in order to use the latest version of Horde/IMP as described in 
INSTALL file.
./configure --options. etc...... runs with no errors, but when I try to 
run make - it fails with error:
usage: byacc -v -b ...

Anyone had any success with building php from cvs under FreeBSD 4.4 STABLE?
