Sure.  The command would depend on your imap server and OS.
In Linux, Unix, run  `ps aux`  or better yet, `ps aux | grep imap`

I belive Cyrus IMAP runs as a simgle imap user so you'll need to run a
command from the Cyrus toolkit for that IMAP implementation.
