timezone problem

Hi guys,

Recently, one of users reported that the time of the mails are shown wrong, even
if he send the mail to himself. So, I checked out the timezone settings: it the
pref.php I mentioned the timezione as: Asia/Dhaka, when this is used the time
comes wrong. But, I change this to null, menaing Defalut Value, then the time is
okay.

Anybody else faced this problem, or I am explicitely facing it? 

What could be the problem?
