imp / qpopper 4.0.3 :-(

Dear horde/imp-team,

we have a problem with imp (IMP 2.2.6/Horde 1.2.6/PHP 4.0.[56]/c-client
imap-2001.RELEASE-CANDIDATE.1/apache 1.3.20) and qpopper 4.0.3 :-(

We looked for this problem in mailing lists, faq's and web and we found
that other people have the same problem but there are no solution :-(

In detail:

- the browser (netscape) says: no data
- error.log of apache says:  child pid xxxx exit signal Segmentation
  fault (11)
- the qpopper says: (null) at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx): ERR POP EOF
  or I/O Error [popper.c:794]


with older qpopper versions (3.x) and with UW-Imapd we have no problems.

The two versions of the imp demo-site (2.2.7-cvs and 2.3.x) work
correctly with our qpopper 4.0.3. We also tried 2.2.7-cvs but with no
succes :-(

Have you any idea ???? 

Would you tell us which version (php, apache, c-client) you use on the
demo site ???
