IMP translation in Chinese

No, it's buggy because it wasn't accounting for duplicates. Update to latest 
CVS - this should be fixed now.

This doesn't look quite right to me; I think it relies on all of the strict 
fields coming first in the $criteria list, which isn't reliably the case. Try 
what I just committed to CVS...

What version of IMP is this for? There already are Chinese translations for 2.2 
and 2.3; can you say how this is different from them?
